Short Wait Time
The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.

This is my favorite place to get care! The staff are kind and knowledgeable and the exam rooms are clean. However, the wait times since COVID have been a nightmare. They switched to all walk-ins now having to schedule an appointment time. They run out of slots so quickly that when I booked through solv somewhere between 3-5am, the earliest available appointment time was already 4pm! Also the ladies at the front desk used to be very nice but they are very rude now idk if they are overwhelmed or what but they aren’t as kind as they were pre COVID lol and that stinks when you already don’t feel good. The bathroom at the front was super dirty during our visit. Also, there should be more than just 1 bathroom out front. The water fountain is blocked off and they are charging $2.75 for literally the cheapest bottle water in existence! It isn’t even Aquafina or Dasani. This place has been a nightmare ever since COVID. We spent 3 hours there and 2 of those hours were spent waiting for care even though we scheduled online and we were on time, they were behind so we had to wait.

Due to Covid testing, the wait time was crazy. Although they did see my wife and I as soon as they could. The staff and facility were awesome. More than what I would expect from a walk-in clinic.

Staff members were kind. Quality of care recieved was efficient and adequate. Wait time was absurd. I checked in 20 minutes before my son's scheduled appointment and wasn't seen until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. That was OVER AN HOUR LONG WAIT. If we were walk ins, that would make sense to me, but this was a scheduled appointment. Waiting for over an hour with a five year old and an infant is quite difficult, and this is not the first time I've had a long wait with Physician One. I'll be trying out different locations for covid tests in the future.

I went in with an eye injury. I was seen immediately I was given information, and a prescription. Unfortunately, the prescription never got called in. And now, both the walk-in and Walgreens are both closed

It was very easy to check in via my phone and they call you when it’s your time to walk into the urgent care facility. All of the staff members are really friendly and the facility was very clean, as well as the staff really caring about Covid protocol. I had my appointment with Lillian and she was VERY nice, friendly, and she kept me informed about all of the information that was going on during my visit. 10/10 ~ would recommend this urgent care facility to anyone!

I was surprised to hear that the wait was an hour and a half to two hours even with a scheduled appointment. The receptionist kindly explained that it is an urgent care and they were no longer accepting walk ins. Ok. I was happy when I was called back in the office to be seen 40 minutes later. Not as bad as estimated. The visit was quick and all staff was pleasant and personable. Always nice to walk by staff and have them acknowledge you even if they are not personally involved with your care.

Besides the wait and some misinformation. I think the process for COVID testing worked. Everyone who is a part of the Clinic team should know your policy on COVID test....I was originally told it’s on a walk in, first come first serve basis....only to later be told that clients should be at clinic at 06:00 am to sign in ....with a wait period...had to register online. Only 100 COVID tests would be issued on each day.....once the client’s name is signed on clipboard and the protocol is followed, everything progressed smoothly.

Website needs to be clearer to say walk in’s only for Covid testing. Tried first time to make appt as website states unable to then went down to site registered on tablet. Went home made appointment went back same day only to receive text 7:10pm no more testing and had to go back. In the early morning to get inline to finely get tested. The location doesn’t take appointments for Covid testing Please change website to elevate confusion at this difficult time

Wait time was super long but they had such a high patient volume with the rapid COVID testing, which was the reason for my visit. This isn’t really a fault to them. It’s one of the only walk-in clinics for Covid testing. But I was impressed with how organized it was. I liked how you could track how many people were ahead of you. The MD wasn’t too friendly but the medical assistant was sweet and kind. The facility appeared clean and they were on top of maintaining social distance.

Your Solv App messed up big time. I went on the system early Sunday evening for an appointment for Monday at *** am. That's what appointment time I chose because it was one of 2 appointments left. I show up at *** and when I check in the lady says nothing to me about checking me in as a Walk In? An hour and a half later I walk up and ask what's going on, I had an appointment at *** and she says oh I checked you in as a walk in. No I have an appointment at ***. She then ask if I received a text for the appointment? I looked and nothing was sent to me. As I'm waiting for over an hour and a half now, another lady walked in and said she has an appointment and she said she did it with her phone and the lady says we don't show an appointment for you. She was going to get checked in as a walk in also but when she found out people have been waiting for an hour and a half already she declined and left. Your Solv App Sucks!

Is a walk-in clinic a substitute for a primary care physician?
While walk-in clinics treat most minor injuries and illnesses, it is generally not a good idea to substitute them for a primary care physician. These facilities exist to supplement, not replace, primary care providers which may be closed in the evenings or on weekends and holidays. Using a walk-in clinic as your primary care provider may limit your access to healthcare due to the lower capacity of these facilities compared to a regular medical facility. Additionally, you may have trouble seeing the same provider visit to visit, so they may have very little awareness of your medical needs on an on-going basis.

In addition, they are located inside of retail outlets or pharmacies, typically staffed by a nurse practitioner and generally cheaper than walk-in clinics.

While the majority of the facilities are government, charity or foundation, offering free services, many are private, providing extremely affordable rates.
