Dr. Mangla was patient, answered all of my questions, was not rushed and was very empathetic and caring. She is truly a wonderful person and a fantastic practitioner.

For colonoscopy procedures I’m used to meeting the surgeon initially in the office for the first appointment, then during prep, in the procedure and after the procedure. In this case I only met her in the prep then met another doctor (?) just before the procedure.

Provider was extremely easy and intelligent in communications; understood my problem very readily; was sympathetic and thoughtful about coming treatments. In the past, some providers within this specialty have been rather dismissive and not very subtle about telling me that at my age, I shouldn't expect too much in the way of diagnosis or treatment. Not so with Dr. Mangla. I felt very valued as a patient.

Dr Mangla had obviously inspired her whole staff who helped care for me in my recent 'procedure' as they were all very pleasanr, considerate and helful at all times
