Great Dr and the other staff were wonderful

Dr Hopkins and his staff were organized, personable, and forthcoming with all pertinent information. This mitigated any discomfort or stress one might associate with a colonoscopy or receipt of its results.

Demonstrated during the visit that he had reviewed my medical history, understood the issue, provided guidance and assurance.

He performed my colonoscopy and I will very pleased with the results.

I had a prior Gastrologist who I was very unhappy with and I transferred my records to Dr. Hopkins. He took the time with me to explain what my prior doctor's records said, gave me a couple of sample tests to do for him and to bring the samples back to his office for processing and also scheduled an appointment with him for 3 months. Although I didn't get the results of those tests directly from his office, HE DID ORDER A PRESCRIPTION for me to pick up at my pharmacy and I will see him again for a follow up.

Explained exactly what he was going to do and how. He was very comforting.

this was my first time meeting reid hopkins. dennis meagan had been my gi doc the last 20 years so i was a bit nervous meeting the new doc. absolutely love this doctor! he was friendly, cordial, and easy to talk to. he answered all of my pre-op and post-op questions with genuine concern. glad i found him.
