Dr. Strong is great! Your phone messaging system is incomplete, and when I want to talk to an actual human, I am shunted from one noncommittal gatekeeper to another. I am not confident that my messages to the doctor get through because of the phone tree. It’s better when I get his assistant but again, he doesn’t call back. Too few gatekeepers and they are all officious.

Clear explanation of the expected diagnosis and ordered a test to confirm it.
