Can I use my Nationsbenefits OTC card at Walmart? ›

Q: Can I use my card at Walmart.com? A: No, your card is not accepted at Walmart.com for online purchases. You may use your card for in-store purchases at Walmart.

With your UnitedHealthcare UCard, it's easy to use your credit to: Shop at thousands of participating stores, including Walmart, Walgreens, Kroger, and CVS, or at neighborhood stores near you. Pay eligible home utility bills online or at your local Walmart MoneyCenter.

Once your plan has started, you can use your Benefits Prepaid Card to buy eligible groceries. Eligible products include all food items like fresh meats, fruits and vegetables, canned goods, frozen foods, and more.

A: Any gas that is at a gas pump is allowed. You can not pay for gas inside the convenience store.

You can also get everyday items like laundry detergent, soap and toothbrushes.

Approved items include fruits & vegetables, meats, dairy & more.

Examples of approved food items are fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, seafood, eggs, dairy, rice, pasta, beans, and much more.

OTC items are not eligible for reimbursem*nt if they are normally used for general health, are not used to treat a medical condition (e.g. toothpaste, mouthwash, lotion, shampoo) or are cosmetic in nature (e.g. teeth whitening products, wrinkle reducers). See additional examples in the OTC Chart.

How do I know what I can buy with my OTC card? ›

OTC card eligible items often include health and wellness products, such as cough and cold remedies, vitamins, medical equipment and more. If an item is eligible, the cost of the item is subtracted from an OTC card's available balance at checkout.

OTC withdrawals are available up to the daily withdrawal authorization limits, provided the Available Balance in your account is greater than or equal to the cash withdrawal amount requested.

Ways to Use Your OTC Benefit

1. Activate your NationsOTC debit card, then bring it to CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Dollar General, or any other participating store, and use it to buy eligible items. 2. Visit NationsOTC.com/Zing to order products online using your Nations OTC debit card.

Both the Healthy Foods and the Humana Spending Account cards can be used anywhere VISA cards are accepted.
